We are now able to produce the FULL Home Information Pack (HIP) package, all you need to market your home! Call us for a competitive quote, a “ONE STOP” FULL HIP service, ANYWHERE in England and Wales, call us, you will have your FULL HIP within 5 – 10 working days (only delay possible would be for time taken for replies to searches). The EPC will be produced within 2 – 3 days from your instructions, which we will e-mail to you then, you can use the included jpeg file to add to your sales particulars, when the HIP is produced it will be embedded within that document and forwarded to you as a PDF file.

I am a fully qualified and accredited Independent Energy Assessor trained and accredited by NHER/SAVA (accredition ref: NHER002133), I hold all Professional indemnity and Public Liability insurance and along with Criminal Record Checks you can be assured of professionalism, quality assurance and peace of mind.
The energy report and/or HIP produced will be of high quality and delivered within tight timescales at a competitive price. Meeting your needs is my most important objective.
